Canada Post regular mail includes tracking and $100 insurance. Taxes will be charged as per the province of the destination of the package. US & International shipping
If you're one of our US friends and see a must have piece or item and please contact us at karmasbtq@gmail.com and we can work with you on a case by case basis.
Typically the shipping is flat rate $30. All goods shipped to the United States are a final sale. Goods shipped to the United States are not subject to Canadian taxes. We are not responsible for duties and taxes that may be applicable at the United States border, it is the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping is with Canada Post, which then is handled by USPS once it has crossed the border. It takes approximately 10 business days.
We currently do not offer International shipping.
Instore Pick-up
Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. To ensure stock, please call to let us know you have made an order the day you order. We usually check at the end of the day & the item could be sold in person that day.

Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2-7 business days of the date of your order.

DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSPORT

Karma's Boutique does not offer free return shipping. The customer is responsible for the postage cost of returning unsuitable items to us. We recommend registered mail or express post with tracking. We are not responsible for any lost returned parcels.
