Refund - Exchange - Credit Policy
Any regular priced items purchased will be eligible for either a refund, exchange, or store credit. You must contact us within 72 hours of receiving the item for this to apply. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase. The items must be unworn and with all original tags attached and accompanied by original receipt.
We only offer refunds on merchandise that is in original condition and unworn, unwashed, or unaltered in any way and with original tags attached.
Footwear must unworn in its original condition with original tags attached and in its original shoe box packaging.
Undergarments, jewelry, sunglasses, and online sale items are all final sales and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Karma's Boutique has the right to decline a return or exchange should it not fulfill the above criteria.

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will thoroughly examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product as soon as is possible (granted that a replacement product is available).
For hygiene reasons some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable . Jewelry, undergarments, eyewear and personal body care products are not eligible for refund, return or exchange.
During the COVID-19 shut down, we are not accepting returns through mail. If you are within the Edmonton area, we can schedule a curb side drop off at the boutique.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
All returning merchandise must comply with the following:
• Not be worn, washed, stained or altered
• Have all original tags, dust bags, extra buttons etc
• Include any original boxes (shoes) and dustbags
• The goods must be well packed
The condition of the product is left at the discretion of Karma's Boutique.
COMPLETING AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT
• email email@example.com for a return authorization within 72 hours of receiving your purchase.
• Once approved, your Return Authorization number (RA number) will be provided.
•Wrap your parcel, write the RA number and return to Karma's Boutique (at 264 91 St SW, Edmonton, AB T6X 1W8
Canada) within 7 days of receiving your RA. -Return shipping must designate signature on delivery.

We cannot accept liability for shipping loss or damage of return goods. We cannot assume responsibility for packages without proof of delivery to the address listed above.
SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENT
We are unable to offer price adjustments on sale items.
We offer price adjustments for regular price items that have gone on sale within 7 days from order date. Adjustments must be claimed within 7 days of sale start date. Sale price adjustments will be provided in the form of a Karma's Boutique store credit only.
The exact size, style and colour must be available for purchase when request is made.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If package is refused, a restocking fee equal to the return shipping charge will be deducted from the store credit.
